Hi my name is Lee, I like to bring an holistic approach to my training sessions with the emphasis on variety and fun but still challenging. I particularly enjoy my small group training sessions feeling the camaraderie we build together motivates us all to exercise on a regular basis. Not that I am sports mad or anything but outside of my gym hours I spend my spare time coaching a variety of sports to a mix of different age groups.
Hi my name is Alan, my military back ground in the British Army has given me a no nonsense approach to fitness training. I don't understand the word 'Cant'. I like to mix my training techniques bringing in elements of cardio, core fitness, strength, agility and balance often bringing in aspects of my self-defence and unarmed combat to achieve maximum results. I also specialise in specific training regimes designed to get people to pass fitness entry requirements for the armed forces, fire brigade etc.
