    All Round Fitness and Toning for All Abilities
    Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training comprises of 10 to 14 strength/cardio/toning/abs exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise. It helps improve fitness levels, strength and tone up all areas of the body. You can work at your own level so perfect for all abilities.
