The Fitness class that combines Exercise & Nutrition we call ‘BODY TRACKERS’ starts again for 12 weeks on Saturday 14th October 10am. All of the last Body Trackers participants achieved their personal goals whether that was Weight Loss, Tone up, a Flatter Stomach or just to improve their fitness.
Body Trackers Includes: 4/8 or 12 Hours Fun filled Exercise Classes, a Weigh In before and after each 4 weeks, a Monthly Food Plans & Reviews, Weekly Home Exercise Challenges and added to Facebook Page.
