The Fitness class that combines Exercise & Nutrition we call ‘BODY TRACKERS’ is every Saturday at 10am. All of the last Body Trackers participants achieved their personal goals whether that was Weight Loss, Tone up, a Flatter Stomach or just to improve their fitness.
Body Trackers Includes: 4/8 or 12 Hours Fun filled Exercise Classes, a Weigh In before and after each 4 weeks, a Monthly Food Plans & Reviews, Weekly Home Exercise Challenges and added to Facebook Page.
